Extract the ZIP file and open in Photoshop. The first layer is only for reference, so delete if you don't need it. Click the eye button next to the group in layers and start editing.

PS : While editing smart objects, make sure you save the newly opened window for the edit to appear in the main file. (Refer a YouTube tutorial on how to edit a mock-up file in case you cant figure it out! )
